Would prohibit loitering of any kinds, including sitting, lying, and sleeping, within 1000 feet of schools, daycare centers, parks, or libraries.

Would decategorize hallucinogens as controlled substances, legalizing the possession, preparation, sale, and transfer of hallucinogens.

Would authorize a physician assistant to perform abortions by aspiration techniques without the personal presence of a supervising physician and surgeon.

Would require the California Department of Healthcare Services to fully reimburse medical providers for the provision of medication to terminate a pregnancy.

Would prohibit a person from doing business in California who is performing, has performed, or intends to perform a pregnancy-related service from advertising using a false or misleading statement related to the person’s provision, or lack of provision, of abortion.

Would require any petition for a change of gender and sex identifier or a petition for change of gender, sex identifier, and name filed by a person under 18 years of age to be filed under seal.

Would require a local educational agency to receive approval from the California State Board of Education and comply with any other applicable policies adopted by the state board before ceasing to teach any curriculum, removing any instructional materials, or adding auxiliary programs.
